Fran “Buzz” Young says, ” The Coastside Fishing Cub is now some 12,000+ Members strong, it was the brainchild of El Granada Resident Bob (Bobby) Franko of the Coastside Fishing TV Show that airs locally, the club has become quite a political force in the world of Habitat and Fisheries Conservation and has sponsored community programs such as The Veteran’s Kids Fishing Program.”
